How well would Barack Obama uphold and defend the Constitution?

That is the oath he must swear to upon inaguration, once elected.
Eulalia, I am not defending Bush’s motives at all here. Or Clinton’s for that matter but each President has to take this oath but few have taken it seriously within the last few decades, at least.
He will uphold it far better than Bush has.
He taught constitutional law, so he knows his stuff.
Compared to Bush? Joke right?
The man does not sing the national anthem or cover his heart when it is played.
I can’t imagine voting for him in any circumstance.
He has at least read it, so that puts him ahead of the current administration.
I really doubt he knows what it says.
He wont need to make any defence according to him he will make us all friends. ahhhhhhh haha
I do not think he will at all!! too much muslim influence, and thats what will happen!!!!!
To him the Constitution is a frivolous piece of paper that just gets in the way of his government “investments” for the “common good”.
Where in the Constitution does it provide for wealth redistribution?

Considering his church pledges their allegiance to Africa and all things black – he won’t uphold the Constitution.
Considering he campaigned for his marxist cousin Odingo in Kenya, and is proud of his radical muslim brother Roy, he won’t defend this country and its Constitution.
Obama cannot wait to destroy this country and turn it into a muslim nation.
Well…he like all Presidents are beholding the the Congress and the Supreme Court…you know that whole three branches of Government thing as system of checks and balances…you should have learned that in civics or a least on School House Rock…

The black Constitution or the white one?
How many actually uphold it now? I wish I could ask a question or 2 at the debates. That would be one of them.
Do you think Bush did a good job? I can remember that AT&T had to turn over my telephone records because it was the “law”, the new law of Bush to spy on Americans who called to overseas….So, do you really think that Obama would do any of us worse? I don’t think so, I actually believe that he will uphold the constitution and defend America to his last drop of blood….
Seeing that the man normally votes just present and is really only just there to look pretty, It is safe to say he will do that same with the Constitution.

How can he not? We’re not going to vote for him again in 4 years if he does something unorthodox
Why does everything always come down to race? I think he WILL do a better job then ANY in the recent past or near future.
